Office Manager
This challenging position will be filled with a mature well organized individual, who has a combination of bookkeeping and administrative skills. This person should have strong communication skills, be comfortable in small company, and enjoy multi-tasking in a fast paced environment.
Use of Microsoft Office products and accounting software a must, while regular responsibilities include disbursements, bank reconciliations, mail, and general office coordination. Position to also involve daily interaction with property managers, and compliance monitoring by property for insurance, permits/licenses, home registrations, and taxes. Special projects to include deal and industry presentations. Knowledge of PrintMaster and PowerPoint a plus. Opportunity for professional growth in this role, and as company grows, individual may have opportunity to move towards a defined role in accounting or real estate management.
Acquisitions Analyst
We are seeking an Acquisitions Analyst with exceptional natural
intelligence, strong work ethic, proficient at problem solving,
math, Excel, and strong verbal communication skills. Formal
education, work experience, and grades are secondary to the
above outlined skill set. This position will greatly accelerate
the individual's career and practical learnings to be successful.
